Maravai California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) Request Form

If you are a “consumer” as defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020), or an authorized agent acting on behalf of a consumer, and wish to make a request: (a) to know what personal information Maravai has collected about you and/or information about Maravai’s collection, use and disclosure of your personal information (Right to Access); (b) that Maravai delete personal information it has collected about you (Right to Deletion); or (c) that Maravai correct any inaccurate personal information about you maintained by it (Right to Correction); please completed the form below.  In order to prevent any delay in responding to your request, please double-check and confirm that the information you have entered below is accurate.  If you are an authorized agent of a consumer, please note that we may contact such consumer to confirm that you have been authorized to submit the request on their behalf.
