Maravai actively supports the health and prosperity of the communities its facilities inhabit, as well as all of the communities in which our teammates work and live. Through charitable giving and incentivizing involvement, our people get involved and make a difference.
Giving at Maravai
Maravai LifeSciences, through its Maravai LifeSciences Foundation, seeks to inspire the next generation and support the people who live and work in our communities through the support of STEM education and community health programs and events.
Maravai matches employee giving dollar-for-dollar (to a max of $1,000 annual limit) to a wide range of non-profit (501(c)(3)) organizations, excluding religious or political organizations. Employees are always welcome to identify and recommend organizations to receive grant funding from the foundation.
Maravai team members are encouraged to donate time to volunteerism, mentoring and coaching. Team members can use their PTO Impact Day to share their skills, creativity, and generosity to impact the communities in which we live and work.
