DEI

Maravai is committed to realizing DEI impact enterprise-wide

At Maravai LifeSciences, we embrace Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) as a cornerstone of our organizational culture and success. We firmly believe that diversity is not only a reflection of our world, but also that diverse perspectives are the foundation of innovation.

DEI undoubtedly propels us towards greater innovation, sustainability, and a stronger, more united organization. Through an inclusive and equitable culture where every team member is inspired to bring their best selves to work, we cultivate an environment in which we can lead together, providing differentiated value to our customers, and enabling the miracles of science.

Our Approach

Actively promoting and enabling DEI

Our approach to DEI extends beyond mere representation. Through comprehensive operations, training, and awareness programs, we cultivate a culture of empathy, respect, and allyship, where each individual plays a vital role in fostering an inclusive community.

Continuous improvement

Alongside external DEI experts, we launched an ongoing initiative to ensure we have the programs, training and resources to promote a more inclusive environment.

Our WorkForce

Creating a diverse and equitable workplace

Increasing and maintaining inclusion is imperative to our workforce strategy at Maravai, as is providing transparency into our workforce representation. As we continue to grow, we will also continue to raise the bar across our global team.

Women in leadership

Inspiring the next generation of women in leadership

Gender parity in leadership is essential, which is why we supported the launch of our Women in Leadership Employee Resource Group. The group’s mission is to provide all Maravai employees with an open forum to connect on common causes and challenges that women experience in the workplace, help them develop their skills, and learn about the professional journeys of other notable women throughout the industry.
